In January 1986, I began to research my family history. Most of my work was done on the phone and by individual letters.
    By mid-1987 I had a small mailing list and wanted to let everyone know what I had uncovered in my "diggings." The pieces of the puzzle were starting to fit.
    This was the beginning of the family newsletter typed on my new 286 computer and mailed to my growing list of family members. I wasn't on the Internet then.
    I entitled this newsletter Relatively Speaking.
    Today, I am into my fourth laptop, with the latest version of Windows XP for home and loving every minutes of my research and contact with family members. I am in the process of adding all the previous years of printed issues to this website and have most of them completed. Click on a year below to view the newsletter for that year
